Call 988 and then press 1, or text 838255, to receive 24/7 crisis support specifically for veterans and their loved ones. You do not need to be enrolled in VA benefits or healthcare to utilize this service.

Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a 24/7 anonymous peer support service operated by trans people, for trans and questioning callers. Trans Lifeline provides crisis and non-crisis support. Dial 877-565-8860 for US and 877-330-6366 for Canada.

StrongHearts Native Helpline is a 24/7 safe, anonymous, and confidential domestic and sexual violence helpline for Native Americans and Alaska Natives, offering culturally-appropriate support and advocacy. Call or text 1-844-7NATIVE (762-8483) to get in contact with an advocate.
